Senior Product Manager – International Marketing | Endodontics
Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)
Salary: €55,000 fixed salary + 10% annual performance bonus
Hybrid working model. International travel (approximately 20–30%) will be part of the role.
Identify market opportunities through customer insights, market research and competitive analysis.
Build trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors and commercial teams.
Monitor portfolio performance and drive continuous growth, innovation and profitability.
Build strong relationships with commercial teams, KOLs and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Deliver measurable commercial impact through strategic product management.
At least eight years of Product Management experience within Dental, Medical Devices or Healthcare.
Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
Fluent English (required).
Spanish and English bilingual capabilities are highly valued.
