Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and processes.
At least 5 years of experience as Senior Software Engineer or 2 years of experience as Tech Lead.
Technical education, engineering or similar.
Experience in people management, career development and performance evaluation.
Experience applying best practices in technical teams (Agile methodologies, peer reviews, testing, sprints execution).
