Scopely is looking for a highly organized and collaborative People Technology Change Analyst / Project Manager to support and drive People Technology initiatives across the business. This role will partner closely with People, Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technology projects, support organizational change management, and optimize adoption of People systems and processes. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong project coordination, independent judgment, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Lead and support People Technology projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, communication plans, and status reporting for multiple concurrent initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and successful delivery of People Technology programs
Manage bi-annual system releases by evaluating new functionality,



tracking enhancements, and presenting recommendations and impacts to business stakeholders
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancements to the employee and manager experience
Support organizational change management activities related to People systems and process changes, including communications, training, and adoption strategies
Coordinate and execute communication and training efforts, including leadership forums, newsletters, knowledge articles, guides, and training materials
Partner with People, Finance, and Workday support teams to develop and execute sponsorship plans, communication plans, training plans, and resistance management strategies
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication, training, and adoption activities to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Organize and facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensur
