In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring and enhancing supplier quality within the electrical domain. Your day will involve implementing quality assurance measures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary quality contact to drive continuous improvement. Implement preventive quality methods to effectively mitigate risks
Collaborate with the purchasing team to qualify and approve suppliers
Manage product and service qualifications in accordance with specific requirements
Enhance supplier performance through continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Technical experience for electrical components
Proficiency in English at a very high standard (C1 level) - both spoken and written
Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is highly valuable




Demonstrable experience in quality assurance within the electrical or energy sector
