Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying aligned with the SuccessFactors roadmap and broader HR tech landscape.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users.
Collaborate with international colleagues across SD Worx’s Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.




Proactive and enthusiastic about learning and staying up to date with the latest SAP technologies SuccessFactors Associate EC or Time Management Certification.
Fluency in German and a high level of English.
