As part of the international CHC marketing team you will drive our rapidly growing Consumer Health business by leading affiliates strategically to grow our local hero brands in the skincare category with winning marketing assets, competitive line extensions and synergetic high-impact initiatives. As International Category Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness across general markets.
The ideal candidate will spearhead our skincare product lines, defining and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive sales, and engage our target audience. The successful candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a robust understanding of the skincare industry, paired with a curious, investigative mind,



taking pride in developing growth strategies and leading value accretive projects from start to finish. Proven Marketing and/or Sales experience (10 years or more) in the derma/skincare category in leading FMCG / CHC companies operating in an international environment
Proven capabilities in digital marketing paired with a strong conceptual, analytical and strategic skillset
Proven project leadership skills, delivering results in complex and ever-changing environments
Track record in creating new products, concept writing & testing, and developing new brands (ideally that have expanded into new markets or channels incl eCommerce)
Sound knowledge of regulatory and legal framework of OTC medicines, medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and preferably German helping you to inspire and guide teams.
