Fluency with modern maker tools: comfortable with Cursor, Claude / AI coding assistants, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
Deep user empathy & strong UX instincts: understand first‑time and power users, and know what good UX looks like.

Data fluency: strong intuition for interpreting signals from prototypes and experiments.
Growth experimentation experience: designed/analyzed A/B tests and know when experiments aren’t the right tool.
