Key Responsibilities Partner Development & Growth
Identify, prioritise, and engage partners at scale to drive growth and performance
Support partners in building repeatable cloud and technology practices




Drive high-visibility initiatives that improve partner performance and customer outcomes
Data, Insights & Operations
Use CRM systems and analytical tools to track partner performance and identify opportunities

Conduct deep dives and impact assessments on business‑critical initiatives
Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across regions and business units
Lead or support strategic projects with defined milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances
Experience working with partners, channels, or ecosystems (cloud experience beneficial but not required)
Data‑driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions
Excellent organisation, project management, and problem‑solving skills
Fluency in English required
French, Spanish, or Italian strongly preferred
