Our story began in Italy, where we’ve quickly become the number one online motor insurance provider. To help fuel that growth, we need a Software Engineer to join our Engineering teams . You’ll be joining over 200 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security. Close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and effective backend or software solutions.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards to maintain quality and consistency.
Collaboration with Managers: Collaborate with product and engineering managers to define project timelines, estimate effort, and ensure successful delivery.




Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure optimal performance and timely resolution (backend-focused).
Extensive experience in backend development
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Self-motivated, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and accountability for deliverables
Experience working in an Agile environment
Professional experience with at least one of Rust or Elixir
Knowledge of RabbitMQ/Kafka
