This role is for a self-starter who can confidently lead projects from design through deployment across multiple, concurrent clients. Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for general customers, adapting flexibly to their evolving needs across various HCM module(s).
Strategic Consulting: Conduct detailed working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements. Project Leadership: Lead medium to high-complexity projects (like acquisitions or Phase X rollouts)



through the full lifecycle, managing scope, quality, and timelines with no supervision.
Drive high client satisfaction by building strong relationships and consistently delivering impeccable service, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) like utilization and CSAT scores.
You'll contribute actively to our knowledge repository, sharing best practices and innovative deployment approaches.
Deep Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis on client issues and implement effective, well-researched corrective measures.
Experience: 4+ years leading Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post-Production/AMS Services, or as a sophisticated Workday client.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritize without supervision, and lead full-lifecycle projects (scoping, design, go-live).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
