Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for roles in the German‑speaking market across multiple functions and business units.
Partner with local HR and business stakeholders to work actively on their hiring needs and build proactive pipelines.
Represent the company at external events and build strong employer branding initiatives.
At least 3‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition in a similar role,



ideally combined with experience working in an international or matrixed environment.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
Good understanding of the German‑speaking labour market is mandatory.
Fluency in English and German is mandatory (C1 level or mother tongue).
Passionate about people, data‑driven decision‑making, and delivering results.
