We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing that makes all that happen. You will bring real strategic capability: understand our clients’ business, translate our business strategy into international marketing strategies, plans and projects, lead our Marketing team and Creative area, manage your own key accounts, and build Intracon’s own marketing engine to grow our brand and generate new business.

~ Lead and develop the Marketing team, and the Creative area through its manager: priorities, quality of deliveries and professional growth of the people.
~ Manage your own key accounts with autonomy: client relationship, quality, deadlines and budget.
~ Create and lead Intracon’s own marketing plan (brand positioning, content, web, CRM, LinkedIn, webinars, success stories to generate leads) as an engine for new business, defining and managing the annual marketing budget and its distribution across channels.
~ Maintain the highest quality standards in your teams’ marketing and creative deliveries.
~ 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 to 3 leading teams (ideally mixed marketing and creative/design teams).
~ Agency or consulting experience managing large client accounts, preferably in the technology/IT sector.
~ Real strategic capability: you understand the client’s business,
