We are looking for a Crew Lead of our Acquisition Funnel crew (~8 alaners - 4 engineers) Crew Lead at Alan are technical managers that organize the crew’s work and are accountable for the crew output.
We also support broader business initiatives, including partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems,



and brand campaigns that strengthen Alan's market position.
You’ll actively collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research and Product (Eng, Data, PM, Design).
You work at the intersection of business and product – building systems that drive revenue while crafting user experiences that people love.
Close feedback loops mean you know immediately when your optimizations work, creating a continuous cycle of improvement.
