Lead the prioritization of problems to solve based on value analysis and alignment of stakeholders from different countries, fostering the teamwork and synergies between countries.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Product Management team, and across the wider organization.
Experience working in a integral, multi-cultural environment, and managing products that are used by customers in multiple countries.




Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Experience managing a team of Product Managers or Product Owners.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies, and a deep understanding of product development lifecycles.
Fluency in English
Technical knowledge in development and programming languages.
