Understanding client requirements to position the full Revolut X stack
Taking ownership of the entire sales funnel, from initial outreach and market research to drafting and closing complex partnership agreements




What You'll Need 10+ years of experience in institutional sales or business development within a high‐growth financial environment
3+ years of dedicated crypto institutional exposure in the digital asset/Web3 space, specifically in outbound sales
A robust, active book of business and network across hedge funds, HFTs, banks, and asset managers
Familiarity with institutional‐grade products, including OTC flows, API trading, and custodial architecture
Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills, and a flawless ability to present complex concepts to C‐suite executives
A thorough understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape surrounding digital assets and institutional trading
