Stark Future aims to become the global market leader in premium electric motorcycles. We are seeking a motivated Purchasing Category Manager to lead our EMS and PCBA Category.
This role is dedicated to sourcing high‑performance electronics, specialized PCBA components, and complex electronic assemblies essential to our product excellence. The Category Manager will build robust relationships with global electronic component distributors and EMS providers to ensure we hit aggressive cost, quality, and delivery targets in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.




This role reports directly to the Purchasing Director. You will work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to provide optimal supply assurance and technical performance.
Identify and select world‑class EMS providers and manufacturers for PCBA and electronic subassemblies.
Commercial Ownership: Technology Integration: Find suppliers capable of integrating cutting‑edge electronic technologies to increase performance and sustainability.
Cost & Inventory Control: Monitor global semiconductor market conditions, technology roadmaps, and identify supply/demand challenges (e.g., Experience: Minimum of 5 years of senior sourcing experience, specifically within the EMS, PCBA, or high‑tech electronics sectors.
Extensive knowledge of the global mechanical supplier landscape (Tier 1 & Tier 2) for precision components and assemblies.
Used to using data to drive decision‑making.
