Software Configuration Engineer
This is a hybrid position based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), Poland (Warsaw) or Spain (Madrid, Barcelona or Zaragoza).
Support Sales teams during pre‑sales by helping define and clarify the technical scope of software solutions such as EPMS, SCADA, DCIM, and Energy Management Systems.
Produce, review, and validate engineering documentation in line with project requirements and Eaton standards.
Support software deployment and testing activities, including on‑site work when required.
Work with Project Management and Sales to support scope changes,



identify technical risks, and contribute to mitigation actions.
Collaborate with Eaton technical teams and third‑party partners to deliver project engineering outputs.
Handle escalated Level 3 software support requests within the defined area of responsibility.
Deliver technical presentations and support customer meetings, solution promotion, and training activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of engineering processes and tools within the System Integration Services team.
Participate in ongoing professional development, including safety and technical training.
Travel as required for customer meetings, site visits, and project execution.
University degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Power Management, Automation, or a related discipline.
