Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. We are seeking a strong PMO Senior Operations Manager to support delivery excellence for Transcend. Please note that this role is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to align with local requirements. In this role,



you will support day-to-day PMO operations across multiple sophisticated Commercial and Manufacturing Deploy programs, handling planning, governance coordination, risk management, reporting, and decision-support processes that enable successful execution.
You will work closely with PMO leadership, General Program Managers, and cross-functional business and technology teams to maintain alignment, clarity, and operational rigor, while advancing critical issues and supporting timely decision-making.
PMO Operations Coordination and Governance.
Lead PMO operations across program phases by enabling effective governance, clear communication, and high-quality inputs for decision forums.
