Own end-to-end delivery of Abacum implementation projects, from pre-sales scoping through kickoff and delivery, driving customers to success and value realization on the platform.
Partner with Sales during the pre-sales cycle to scope projects, size effort,



and present and walk clients through the SOW, setting the right expectations before the deal closes.
Build project documents, sprint plans, budgets, and resource plans tailored to project and delivery model.
Manage implementations that involve both direct customer delivery and delivery through partners, holding partners to the same quality bar as internal delivery.
Manage scope, risk, and change control, escalating early using our governance processes.
Coordinate with Product, Support, Sales, Customer Success, and delivery partners to keep a single, coherent client experience.
Contribute directly to how we deliver: developing/deploying Ai to speed up delivery and enhance the customer experience, refining templates, sprint cadences, and design‑phase practices as we continually evolve our methodology.
