Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Order domain within Vinted Marketplace Engineering.
As the Engineering Manager for the Order Resolution team at Vinted, you will lead the engineering team responsible for the post-delivery experience - including order completion, buyer complaints, returns, lost parcels, and dispute resolution.
You will manage a team of 6 backend engineers, 3 frontend engineers, and 1 testing engineer. In this role,



you will also guide major technical initiatives, including moving complex order resolution workflows out of a monolith and into a modern Go microservice architecture powered by Temporal, Vitess, and Kafka.
In your role, you will partner closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering stakeholders, grow and empower your engineers, and help scale resilient systems that protect millions of post-purchase experiences every day.
