PhD preferred.
Strong analytical and quantitative background, with hands-on experience in model development or data-driven problem-solving.
At least 2 years of experience as quant/data scientist,



experience in credit risk and time series modelling will be particularly valued (credit decisioning, IRB, IFRS9, Stress testing)
Python, SAS, R and SQL.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences.
Fluency in English and Spanish (including the ability to write professional reports). Experience with PySpark and big data frameworks (e.g., Databricks, Hadoop) is a strong plus.
Understanding of machine learning algorithms, AI / Generative AIand data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib).
