Job Description The Financial & Accounting Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of Barcelona studio’s finance and accounting operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget control, and full compliance with both local regulations and group-level financial standards.
Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Production and HR, the Financial & Accounting Manager provides reliable financial insight to support decision-making and reports directly to the Studio Manager.
As part of Vantage Finance teams,



the F&A; Manager will be involved in the general financial processes of the Creative House with frequent interactions beyond the Barcelona Studio with internal finance stakeholders.
Oversee general accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and monthly closings.
Prepare, coordinate, and monitor budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis.
Produce and present monthly financial reports for local management and HQ.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and group policies.
Monitor and control project-related budgets, ensuring proper financial tracking and execution.
Coordinate internal and external audits, acting as the main financial point of contact.
Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and internal controls.
Manage the finance and accounting team.
Advise on and ensure compliance with Spanish financial and legal requirements related to R&D; subventions and grants.
