Run tandem sessions and training that cover both AI features within the tools teams already use and general AI skills such as prompting, judgment, best practices for day-to-day work. Help maintain skill repositories, org-wide and function-specific, so training tracks what's actually relevant to each team.
Partner on structured enablement, training and comms, for automations as they ship, so adoption is part of the release, not an afterthought.
