5+ years of experience in Java and enterprise application development.
~ Hands-on experience with AI/ML solution design, development, and deployment.
~ Experience with software architecture, technical analysis, and code reviews.
~ Good understanding of scalability, performance, security, and software quality.
~ Experience with cloud technologies and CI/CD is a plus.




~ Public sector or digital transformation experience is an advantage.
~ Fluent in Spanish and conversational in English.
