As a Senior Sales Analyst at zooplus, you will join our Shopping & Markets Analytics team within the Data & Analytics division acting as a strategic analytics partner for our Regional Sales and Commercial teams across Europe.
Act as a strategic analytics partner for Regional Sales stakeholders across Europe, supporting data-driven decision-making and business growth.
Identify commercial opportunities and performance drivers through in-depth analysis of sales, pricing, promotions, customer behavior and market trends.
Own and continuously improve dashboards, reporting solutions and KPI frameworks that support business steering and performance monitoring.
Design and maintain scalable analytical datasets and data marts, ensuring reliable and efficient access to business insights.




Lead complex analytical projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Pricing, CRM, Category Management and Data Science.
Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Promote a data-driven culture by helping stakeholders understand, access and act on data.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related analytical field.
5+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or Commercial analytics roles, preferably within e-commerce, retail or digital businesses.
Advanced SQL expertise, including large-scale data analysis, query optimization and development of analytical datasets.
Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar BI and data visualization tools.
