Duties And ResponsibilitiesAs Payroll & HR Supervisor, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Manage and coordinate the full employment administration cycle, including new joiners, contracts, contract amendments, seasonal recalls, promotions, departures and terminations.
- Ensure all employment documentation, contracts and Host records are accurately reviewed,



processed, uploaded and maintained in Factorial and other relevant systems.
- Coordinate payroll incidences and information to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, overtime, part-time schedules, settlements, salary advances, back payments and other approved payments.
- Maintain accurate salary, payroll, cost centre and Host data, including payroll codes, departmental allocations and other relevant payroll records.
- Manage and coordinate administrative processes related to temporary incapacity, work accidents, maternity/paternity leave, settlements, garnishments and other employment-related matters.
- Act as a key point of contact for Hosts and departmental representatives regarding payroll, contracts and employment administration, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries.
