Supply Growth: Directly contributing to inventory expansion and revenue growth within the Airbnb ecosystem.This initiative positions TP Barcelona as a leading EMEA hub for sales-focused programs and offers significant career growth opportunities.As Team Leader, you will lead the commercial engine of one of TP’s most strategic new programs.

Your responsibilities will include:



Overseeing the full sales cycle across multiple EMEA markets.

Driving outbound pipeline generation and ensuring consistent host acquisition performance.

Leading high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers.

Collaborating with Airbnb’s Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach cadences.

Building and scaling a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up.

Leveraging data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance.
