In this role, you will sit at the intersection of IT operations, analytics, and automation, driving stability across our Infrastructure & Security services. What you do




Infrastructure Stability
- Support the development and delivery of the IF&IS; stability roadmap, including change delivery quality and risk reduction initiatives
- Monitor and analyse the performance of IT infrastructure services - servers, networks, workplace, and applications - and proactively address potential issues before they become disruptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, drive root cause analysis for major outages, and develop action plans to prevent recurrence
- Identify and leverage opportunities for GenAI and automation to improve IT operations, change delivery, and monitoring capability

Continuous Service Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and service enhancements across the incident, problem, and change lifecycle
- Apply data analytics to operational and service data to measure improvement effectiveness, surface trends
