About the Job
As a Requirements Engineer at Allianz Technology, you act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will work in agile cross-functional teams on the design and delivery of IT solutions that support Allianz's digital transformation. Your focus is on eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating functional and non-functional requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
What you do
- Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for development teams.




- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, developers, and testers in agile cross-functional teams.
- Model business processes and system behavior using UML, BPMN, or similar notations.
- Validate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, ensuring traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support the development team during implementation and clarify requirements as questions arise during sprints.
- Contribute to test case definition and user acceptance testing to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

What you bring
- Solid knowledge of requirements engineering techniques (elicitation, analysis, specification, validation) - IREB CPRE Foundation Level certification is a plus
- Practical experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to struc
