The role involves providing technical leadership and expertise during the service phase of Offshore Wind Turbine projects, acting as the first point of contact for service operations leadership and teams to ensure efficient interventions, and serving as the main focal point for continuous improvement in the technical preparation of service activities.

Job Description What you’ll doProvide first-level remote, as periodically onsite,



technical troubleshooting for turbine issues to services teams within scope and escalate or redirect to the appropriate technical specialists when required ensuring commissioning timelines related to turbine controller. Create and manage technical cases, work orders, and Non-Conformities (NCs) for instructions updates, tools updates, troubleshooting guides updates or customer technical querys in line with project and quality processes. Support on Work Orders (WO) readiness defining priority and assist back office purchasing team with tooling and spares lists to smooth daily planning and execution. Coordinate daily planning calls with offshore vessels to support execution planning and optimize activities for the following day Collaborate with design and technical support teams to develop worldclass troubleshooting guides to reinforce service technical independence and boost daily efficiency.
