You will be responsible for ensuring that our salary structures, performance and rewards programs, and benefits offerings are competitive, equitable, scalable,
and aligned with Fever's business strategy and values.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will provide strategic guidance on compensation and rewards decisions, establish frameworks and processes that support Fever's growth, and ensure consistent and effective implementation across our integral organization. This role combines strategic thinking with strong analytical and operational capabilities, requiring the ability to translate data and market insights into clear recommendations and business decisions.
The role is based in Madrid, close to most of our teams, while keeping ongoing, close communication with regional and country leaders across our global footprint.
