The Role We are seeking an experienced IoT Product Lead to define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Nespressos Smart Machines ecosystem, spanning connected coffee machines, companion mobile applications, backend services, and emerging digital experiences.
The Product Lead will shape the future of connected coffee experiences while ensuring successful delivery of critical initiatives including the Recipe Platform, Mobile App Strategy, chatbot implementation, and the sustainment of existing Vertuo Line digital services.
The idóneo candidate is a strong product leader capable of translating long‐term vision into actionable roadmaps, influencing senior stakeholders (strong negotiator profile),



and orchestrating cross‐functional teams across hardware, software, data, and commercial domains, including experience with aftersales and client support.
Currently, there is a main initiative which connects coffee machine with extended digital experience. Identify opportunities for new digital services, value‐added experiences, and revenue streams
Drive portfolio decisions based on consumer insights, telemetry data, market trends, and innovation opportunities
Product Leadership & Roadmap Ownership Own the global Smart Machines product roadmap
Lead prioritization across machine, application, backend, connectivity, and cloud services.
Ensure alignment between short‐term delivery objectives and long‐term product ambitions.
Align senior leadership, market stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners around a shared vision.
