The role is part of our Food Ingredients BU, where we are innovating to improve nutritional profiles, better taste and texture, and greater cost efficiency to meet the needs of integral food and beverage manufacturers.
The role is based in EMEA (hybrid or remote depending on country). Build and maintain a strong and accurately forecasted sales pipeline, from lead generation through contract closure
Lead customer meetings and commercial discussions with a strong technical foundation in polymer technologies
Translate customer needs into value driven solution proposals in collaboration with Application, R&D; and Product Management teams
Support the commercial introduction and rollout of new innovations
Ensure accurate opportunity tracking and reporting through CRM systems
Strong technical understanding of polymers/ biopolymers and polymer based applications in commercial settings
Proven experience in technical sales,



account management or similar commercial roles within specialty chemicals, or formulation-driven industries
A proactive, opportunity oriented commercial mindset with strong relationship building skills
Fluent English communication skills, additional European language skills are an advantage
Experience across industrial non-food segments with polymer-based applications, including but not limited to plastics.
Strong critical and strategic mindset for evaluating technical commercial opportunities
Skilled in building long-term partnerships in diverse cultural contexts
A key commercial role in a strategically significant growth area
