Were looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development to lead and inspire a high-performing team focused on the DACH market. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Alliances leaders to identify new opportunities, strengthen market presence, and build a sustainable pipeline that supports long-term business success.
What You'll Do Lead and Develop Talent Inspire, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives, helping them achieve their goals and grow their careers.




Drive Growth and Market Expansion Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the DACH region through market insight, strategic planning, and relationship building.
Collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Alliances to bring go-to-market strategies to life.
Use Insights to Drive Results Leverage data, market intelligence, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.
