As a Business Development Representative on our team, you will:
- Manage outbound lead qualification activities as part of the BDR2 hybrid team, including reviewing assigned MQLs, MQAs, and MCLs, taking action within agreed response times, and updating lead status, notes, and activities in Salesforce.
- Validate and qualify leads by confirming business pain points or challenges,



identifying the decision-maker or key influencer, and confirming the expected timeframe.
- Create and update the required lead, contact, account, and opportunity records in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the opportunity handoff process by converting qualified leads into opportunities and scheduling handoff calls with the prospect and Account Executive.
- We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish plus fluent in English.
- Have 1-2 years’ experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success and/or sales account management or customer management experience.
- Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
