About the Role:
This is a 4-month temporary position, with potential to extend, based in Barcelona.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of functions and business units within the EMEA and US regions.
As a key partner to our hiring managers, you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from role briefing through sourcing, interviewing, and offer management, to onboarding




Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define job requirements
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple EMEA and US markets
Screen and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and professional fit
Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Maintain accurate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Provide insights into talent availability, salary benchmarking, competitor mapping, and recruitment trends
Work closely with the global HR team to align company-wide people and talent initiatives, ensuring consistency in approach across regions

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, ideally within an international or matrixed organization
Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employm
