About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Chef de Partie you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and in line with the restaurants quality and efficiency. This position involves managing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food, as well as ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
