About The Role:
You’re more than a manager. You’re a coach, mentor and source of confidence for people at the very beginning of their careers.
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead SiteMinder’s first German-speaking Sales Academy in Barcelona. You’ll manage a team of graduates and junior profiles who may have little or no previous work experience, helping them develop into confident, full 360 sales-cycle representatives within 12 months.
This role is adecuado for a patient, nurturing sales leader who enjoys helping people learn, build confidence and reach their potential.
What you’ll do:
Lead and develop a team of German-speaking sales graduates and junior profiles.
Create a supportive, inclusive environment where people feel comfortable learning and making mistakes.
Deliver structured coaching through role plays, call reviews, shadowing and regul
