We are recruiting for PLANT MANAGER based in our Orellana CSP plant in Badajoz.





The candidate will be the maximum responsible for the long – term strategic planning of both Operations and Maintenance activities of the Plant, prioritizing the safety of people and equipment, in order to achieve the maximum performance and availability of the Plant, also supervising compliance with the financial budget of the project, and planning the strategic plans and responding to any Plant problem in a timely manner and in real time, being the guarantor that all this is carried out in an environment of safety and adequate quality, according to existing standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize and coordinate resources, prioritize activities and ensure Plant operation in accordance with Dispatch requirements.
Evaluate the current performance of the plant assets, ensuring efficiency, equipment effectiveness, safety, environment, as well as a cost evaluation, monitoring and performance reports (including daily, weekly and monthly reports).
