* Participation in origination, analysis and execution of structured financing transactions:
* Screen potential transactions;
* Perform debt capacity analysis;
* Produce pitches and review relevant company information;
* Prepare all internal credit documentation.
* Strong involvement in transaction follow-up activity:
* Analyze of periodic financial information;
* Prepare internal notes to review the performance of the Project/Company;
* Prepare all internal credit follow-up process, including rating assessment and profitability calculation.
Qualifications/Education required:
* Degree in Economics,

Competencies required:
* Solid financing and analytical skills, including:
* Accounting principles and international accounting standards
* Valuation principles
* Financial statement consolidation
* Hard worker and team player;
* High communications skills: verbally and written;
* High learning capacity (and willingness) Skills and knowledge requirements: Fluent English spoken and written (French valuable); High proficiency on Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
