In this role you drive demand and pipeline for migration and modernization across EMEA/LATAM, aligning with NetApp’s data infrastructure vision. You’ll engage customers and partners, shape GTM plays, and accelerate bookings through strategic opportunities. The role sits at the crossroads of sales, marketing, and channel partnerships, focusing on hybrid and multi-cloud modernization. You will influence transformation decisions early and demonstrate measurable business impact.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the Migration u0026 Modernization pipeline generation strategy across EMEA/LATAM
• Identify target accounts based on modernization triggers (infrastructure refreshes, cloud migrations, virtualization changes, regulatory initiatives, data center transformation)
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Partners to run campaigns, workshops, executive engagements, and assessments that generate qualified opportunities
• Develop executive relationships and directly engage customers to uncover and qualify opportunities
• Expand opportunities within existing customers through modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
• Drive net-new business through migration events, competitive displacement, and infrastructure transformation programs
• Identify growth areas, improve conversion rates, and scale repeatable demand-generation motions
• Create and refine migration/modernization value propositions focused on hybrid cloud, data center modernization, workload mobility, sovereignty, compliance, and consumption models
• Build repeatable programs with account targeting, messaging, value frameworks, competitive positioning, and pipeline generation activities
• Equip field teams with tools, messaging, and frameworks to identify and qualify modernization opportunities
