As the Solution Workflow Simulation Team Lead, you guide a distributed team responsible for modeling lab workflows, optimizing throughput, and building digital twins to support automation integration. You lead performance-driven work, nurture talent, and ensure compliant execution across sites. You help shape a modern simulation platform and emulation tools that enable informed architectural and Ru0026amp;D decisions. This role combines people leadership with hands-on modeling to advance Roche's lab automation mission.

• Translate strategic goals into actionable team priorities and roadmaps for simulation tools and digital twins

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in technical engineering, ideally in IVD, medical devices, or complex automation systems
• Strong hands-on experience with DES, System Dynamics, Agent-Based Modeling, xqbhyrx or digital twin/emulation software development
• Advanced knowledge of mathematical modeling and optimization techniques
• 5+ years of leadership experience with evidence of building and coaching high-performing teams
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management abilities across cross-functional and external partners
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish or German is a strong advantage
