Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Marketing and Communications
- Capture high-quality photography and videography of school events, activities, and daily campus life
- Create engaging written and visual content for print materials and internal communications.
- Maintain, organise, and update the school’s visual asset library to ensure easy accessibility.
- Maintain, organise, and update the school photo-permission records, ensuring full compliance with parental consent requirements.
- Assist with the creation of content for social media by capturing the many activities and events in school.
- Lead with the creation and organisation of content for the annual Yearbook and monthly newsletters, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Act as the main point of contact for teachers and staff requesting photography and videography coverage for school events.
Event Coordination
- Assist the MAC team in planning and executing in-school events including open houses, information sessions, and community gatherings
- Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, catering, signage, and attendee management
- Support the MAC team during school-wide events and promotional activities
Design and Distribution
- In collaboration with the MAC Team design visually appealing posters, flyers, and promotional materials for school events and initiatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and materials
Admissions Support
- Conduct engaging and informative campus tours for prospective families
- Assist the Admissions team with any admissions administration as requested
- Support the admissions team during peak enrollment periods
