Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the Preparation and Presentation of dishes, ensuring they meet the Highest Culinary Standards.
- Provides critical support to Senior Chefs in the Kitchen, ensuring that Food Production and Service are orchestrated seamlessly, and meet even the most Discerning Guest’s Expectations.
- Takes charge of Mise En Place and Stock Rotation to guarantee the smooth flow of Operations, maintaining an organised and efficient Kitchen Environment.
- Executes Tasks assigned by Senior Chefs promptly and efficiently.
- Actively engages in Menu Development, offering bespoke and innovative ideas for New Dishes that elevate the FIVE dining expe
