_ Operations Administrator-Key Entry_
Where? UPS BARCELONA, Calle Numero Dos 1-13 Zona Franca 08040 Barcelona
What would your day-to-day work be like?- You will assist with the various administrative tasks that may arise daily at your workplace.
- Data entry
- Review of export shipment invoices.
- Scanning invoices.
- You will work as part of a team with your colleagues at your center to achieve the company's objectives.
- In short: you are proactive and organized You know how to make a difference in your area
What do we expect from you?
- Required qualifications: High School Diploma, Vocational Training (Intermediate/Advanced Level).
(A completed or in-progress university degree will be considered an asset).
- A proactive attitude and organizational skills are required.
- Intermediate level of English is valued.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in a similar position will be valued.
- Availability to work from 5:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
