THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team, specialising in a unique aspect of our community. This role is crucial to ensuring a high NPS and delivering an exceptional experience for our members.
You will collaborate with the team to create an outstanding experience for our community by:
- Resolving community requests promptly through our ticketing tool.
- Ensuring everything is ready for each family's arrival, with a hands-on approach during turnover weeks.
- Ensuring families have an outstanding experience at every touchpoint of the journey.
- Developing relationships with families and understanding their needs and interests.
- Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities through interaction with families.
