We are now looking for an Accountant to join our team in Spain
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle processing of primary accounting documents (invoices, acts, payment orders, waybills) - registration, verification, and posting.
- Performing periodic reconciliations of debit and credit entries, ensuring the accuracy of general ledger accounts, and identifying discrepancies.
- Monitoring and recording cash flow movements, maintaining cash books, and preparing cash flow forecasts and reports.
- Preparation and submission of tax returns (VAT,
corporate tax, etc.), tax accruals, and ensuring compliance with Spanish tax legislation and reporting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience with accounting systems and CRM (1C FBit is a plus).
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and payroll calculation practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, Russian will be a big plus.
- Knowledge of Spanish tax legislation.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
