Join the Klépierre’s European HR team, a team of around XXX professionals.

As part of its European HR strategy, Klépierre is launching a pilot project to test a Talent Acquisition Hub model serving several of the Group’s European countries. Based in Madrid and reporting to the Group Human Resources team, the VIE Talent Acquisition Specialist will support recruitment activities across several European subsidiaries while contributing to the harmonization and continuous improvement of recruitment practices throughout the Group.

This position offers a unique international exposure and the opportunity to help shape a new European HR service model. Beyond day-to-day recruitment activities, you will play an active role in developing and enhancing the Group’s Talent Acquisition tools, processes and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your areas of responsibility will include:
1. Manage recruitment activities across a European scope

In partnership with local HR teams and hiring managers, you will:
- Gather and qualify recruitment needs, including business context, responsibilities,



required skills, budget and timelines.
- Draft and formalize job descriptions in line with Group standards.
- Write and publish job advertisements in alignment with Klépierre’s employer brand.
- Lead pre-screening interviews to assess:
- Key competencies
- Motivation
- Availability
- Alignment with Klépierre’s culture and values
- Coordinate psychometric assessments when required and share results with HR and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within the HRIS (Oracle).
- Coordinating interview scheduling
- Ensuring smooth handover of information to local HR teams for hiring and onboarding activities, including within HR systems
- Prepare onboarding journeys for new hires.
- Create and update the required data within HR and budgeting systems.Monitor and support the onboarding process.
