As the Bingo Executive you’ll work closely with the Bingo Manager to develop and oversee bingo operations to optimise the product’s commercial performance with focus on delivering a world class customer experience.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute,
and consistently track commercial activities and promotional campaigns.
- Assist Customer Support and Chat Moderators with Bingo-related & casino inquiries.
- Brief design and copy teams on campaign details and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Bingo Manager to implement promotional plans and calendars, focusing on data-driven decisions.
- Manage and optimize other products and campaigns within the sites for which it is responsible.
- Analyse the performance of promotions and products, providing actionable insights.
- Support the development and execution of product strategies for Bingo across multiple brands.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including design, content, technology, compliance, and legal teams.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
