Job Purpose and Impact:
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as the legal representative for Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) matters for the Animal Nutrition business in Spain, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and supporting interactions with relevant authorities.
- Support the Plant Manager in maintaining effective relationships with local communities, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders,



contributing to a positive organizational reputation.
- Support the implementation of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs and assist in monitoring, testing, and evaluating EHS performance.
- Collaborate with regional and country EHS teams to support site impact assessments and the management of operating and construction permits.
- Support the development, adaptation, and delivery of EHS training programs in alignment with integral, regional, and local requirements; conduct training needs assessments and tailor content to site-specific requirements.
- Travel quarterly to the laboratory in Madrid to assess EHS-related requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of corrective actions.
- Visit external warehouse locations biannually to evaluate EHS compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor implementation of agreed actions.
